As of March 2021, PAG had acquired a majority stake in Edelweiss Wealth Management (EWM). Recently the EWM holding company , which was known as Edelweiss Securities Ltd has changed its name to Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. All businesses in the ambit of Nuvama Wealth Management will also undergo a similar name change in due course of time as per regulatory procedures and will be called as Nuvama Group companies
